WIN A 1971 ‘CUDA 440 HARDTOP
Valued at $248,000 - Only 12,000 Tickets Available
There are muscle cars… and then there are legends.
This 1971 Plymouth ‘Cuda 2-door Hardtop is one of the last true American muscle icons.
Built by Plymouth during the peak of the horsepower wars, the ‘Cuda (short for the Plymouth Barracuda) represents the golden era of big-block performance - before the oil crisis changed everything.
Big-Block Presence
Originally a 383ci car, this example now runs a formidable 440ci V8, delivering effortless torque and unmistakable Mopar presence, while retaining its factory 383 badging to preserve the original aesthetic.
Restored to Stand Out
Finished in a striking Orange/Gold Metallic with black accents and black vinyl roof, the body presents beautifully, with impeccable panel fit, functional ram air scoops, NASCAR hood pins and correct ‘Cuda detailing.
Highlights include:
- High-back black vinyl bucket seats
- Rally dash with faux wood grain
- NASCAR hood pins
- Push-button T-bar shifter
- Wood-look sports wheel
Imported from the USA and first registered in New Zealand in August 2017, this E-Body ‘Cuda remains one of the most recognisable and collectible muscle car silhouettes ever built.
